About the role
This role involves managing a Solutions Architecture team focused on integrating NVIDIA’s AI software stack and innovative technologies within Oracle's platforms and services.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solutions Architects, providing technical mentoring.
- Lead the integration and adoption of NVIDIA’s AI software stack and open-weight models within Oracle’s platforms.
- Collaborate with Oracle engineering and product leaders to define architectures for generative AI, inference, and agentic AI.
- Guide technical engagements from discovery through production deployment, resolving technical challenges.
- Optimize model serving for performance, latency, efficiency, scalability, and cost across enterprise workloads.
- Engage with Oracle customers to understand business needs and guide adoption through workshops and architecture reviews.
What you'll need
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 10 overall years of experience in a technical role, with a minimum of 4 years leading people or complex technical projects.
- Strong technical expertise in generative AI, including large language models, model evaluation, and deployment of open-weight models.
- Experience building or deploying agentic AI applications, with an understanding of retrieval, tool use, orchestration, and evaluation.
- Demonstrated skill in guiding technical teams and completing projects that span multiple departments.
- A customer-focused method with the ability to convert business needs into technical strategies and operational solutions.
