About the role

This role involves managing and leading OEM technical field teams to ensure successful execution of new products for OEM partners.

What you'll do

Plan, prioritize, and advise OEM technical teams on NPI and end-to-end solutions.
Coordinate the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration.
Lead NPI activities, guiding teams to integrate NVIDIA technologies into platforms with OEMs.
Orchestrate end-to-end solution development, ensuring cross-functional alignment and timely execution.
Resolve OEM partner concerns and provide support to uphold strong technical relationships.
Lead technical execution for major customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with focus on IT management.
10+ years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments and management.
5+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team.
Proven coordination skills to manage and prioritize workflows across technical engagements, NPI efforts, and E2E solution development.
Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes.
High-level understanding of NVIDIA’s solution suite, including GPU, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and software stacks relevant to data center and OEM deployments.
Experience guiding cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product) through complex deployments and customer engagements.
Ability to represent NVIDIA in Tier-1 OEM account reviews, handle customer issues, and build trusted technical relationships with collaborators.
Project management expertise in setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
Strategic influence in shaping OEM engagement strategy, contributing to roadmap planning, and syncing with sales.
Knowledgeable about NVIDIA’s hiring process and capable of leading interview panels, evaluating technical talent, and crafting executive-level hiring justifications.
