About the role
This role leads a team responsible for developing, transferring, integrating, and sustaining semiconductor manufacturing processes.
What you'll do
- Lead, mentor, and develop process engineering teams.
- Define and execute process-development strategies for new devices, process modules, technology nodes, and products.
- Lead root-cause investigations for process excursions, integration issues, device-performance gaps, and reliability concerns.
- Partner with Integration, Equipment Engineering, Yield, Manufacturing to resolve technical challenges.
- Define improvement strategies in yield, defectivity, process capability, manufacturability, cost, throughput, and cycle time.
- Oversee process qualification, change control, risk assessment, and production-readiness activities.
What you'll need
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related technical discipline.
- 5 or more years of experience in semiconductor process engineering, process integration, or technology development.
- Demonstrated experience leading semiconductor technology-development programs from development through qualification, transfer, or production ramp.
- Experience managing, mentoring, or technically leading process engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor unit processes, process integration, device performance, and manufacturing interactions.
- Experience using semiconductor process and manufacturing data to improve yield, capability, and technology performance.
