What you'll do
- Supervise, lead, motivate, direct, develop, and train a team of production employees.
- Prioritize production schedules based on available manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
- Lead operational meetings, establish consistency in processes, and ensure alignment of tactical and strategic plans.
- Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction.
- Actively strive to prevent employee accidents and injuries, and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Manage employee selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes.
- Analyze and plan for maximum production capacity optimization.
What you'll need
- Experience supervising, leading, motivating, directing, developing, and training a team of production employees.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize production schedules.
- Experience leading operational meetings and establishing process consistency.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes that collect, analyze, and report key measurement data.
