What you'll do
- Develop and maintain customer relationships at all levels within the district.
- Manage, coach, and direct customer engineers, including salary and career planning, and performance appraisals.
- Act as the prime interface with Product Divisions for tech support, training, spares, and reliability.
- Manage and execute system installation, including planning, reporting, and process support identification.
- Oversee the RMA procedure and monitor customer engineer effectiveness and hours tracking.
What you'll need
- Experience working on issues requiring analysis of situation or data to determine relevant factors.
- Ability to receive assignments as objectives and recommend changes to unit or sub-unit policies.
- Experience providing direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance.
- Proficiency in exercising judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action.
- Strong interpersonal skills to gain cooperation and conduct presentations on technical information.
