About the role
This role supervises employees involved in production and/or operation functions related to the manufacturing of capital equipment and systems, electronic, mechanical, electro-mechanical, components, subassemblies, and subsystems.
What you'll do
- Supervise employees in assembly, inspection, and test functions.
- Prioritize production schedules based on manpower, equipment efficiency, capacity, and materials requirements.
- Participate in operational meetings and support the development and tracking of organization performance metrics.
- Ensure timely response to operations issues impacting customer satisfaction and act as an interface for customer/vendor requirements.
- Oversee the prevention of employee accidents and injuries, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures.
- Develop personnel, manage performance, and handle employee selection, hiring, reward, and discipline processes.
- Support the analysis of and plans for maximum production capacity optimization.
- Identify process and quality changes to improve manufacturing capabilities and drive Lean, Safety, and Quality initiatives.
What you'll need

- Experience working in a clean room environment, requiring Personal Protective Equipment.
