About the role
This role involves leading and developing the Global Hardware Enablement team in Kuala Lumpur, focusing on managing NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop the GHWE KL team.
- Manage NPI/NTI Test Hardware projects and ensure on-time delivery.
- Drive project execution, risk management, and issue resolution.
- Manage hardware suppliers and monitor schedule, quality, cost, and performance.
- Oversee FTK (Full Turnkey) project deployment and execution.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost savings, and process optimization.
What you'll need
- Strong knowledge of Test Hardware solutions (PCB, Load Board, Probe Card, Socket).
- Understanding of NPI/NTI processes and hardware development flow.
- Experience with supplier qualification and technical reviews.
- Familiarity with ARAS, HRS, and hardware release processes.
- Team leadership and coaching skills.
- Project planning and schedule management.
