About the role
This role involves overseeing supplier quality events, driving corrective actions, and managing material disposition for Infineon Technologies.
What you'll do
- Handle supplier quality events and drive the 8D corrective action process.
- Lead MRB discussions for risk-based material disposition.
- Trace supplier quality KPIs and drive continuous improvement actions.
- Plan and execute various supplier audits, including system, process, and pre-qualification audits.
- Maintain and optimize the internal Quality Management System.
- Negotiate quality agreements, specifications, and specific quality requests with external suppliers and foundries.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM discipline or related field.
- Solid understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Experience with foundry operations and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Experience with implementing and auditing Quality Management Systems (e.g., IATF 16949, VDA 6.3) in the semiconductor industry.
- Proficiency in IATF 16949 Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Ability to work effectively in multinational and cross-functional teams.
