About the role
As the Manager of IO and Mixed Signal Design at Broadcom, you will lead and manage a team of electrical engineers responsible for the development, design, and testing of IOs and analog mixed signal IP.
What you'll do
- Manage and lead a team of electrical engineers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IO and Mixed-Signal projects.
- Provide technical guidance on IO, ESD, and Latch-up standards, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Lead the design and development of complex IP supporting diverse applications.
- Ensure designs meet stringent quality standards for first-time silicon success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers for IP integration.
What you'll need
- Strong technical background in IO and Mixed Signal Design.
- Project management skills.
- Ability to inspire and mentor a team of engineers.
- Deep understanding of typical transmitter and receiver architectures.
- Familiarity with common analog circuits like bandgaps, amplifiers, ADC/DAC.
- Understanding of digital flows from synthesis, to static timing analysis and place and route flows.
