About the role
This role involves managing and leading OEM technical field teams to ensure the successful execution of new products for OEM partners.
What you'll do
- Coordinate the workflow of OEM technical teams supporting NVIDIA product integration.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and integrate NVIDIA technologies into OEM platforms.
- Orchestrate end-to-end hardware and software solution development.
- Resolve intricate customer issues and handle partner concerns for OEM partners.
- Lead technical execution for major customer deployments, coordinating internal and external resources.
- Participate in recruitment, lead interview panels, and prepare executive-level hiring justifications.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or MBA with a focus on IT management.
- 10+ overall years of experience with OEM, ODM, datacenter operations, deployments, and management.
- 5+ years of experience managing a Solutions Architecture team.
- Proven coordination skills across technical engagements, NPI efforts, and E2E solution development.
- Familiarity with OEM integration cycles, including product qualification and launch processes.
- High-level understanding of NVIDIA's solution suite, including GPU, networking (NICs, DPUs, switches), and software stacks relevant to data center and OEM deployments.
- Experience guiding cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, product) through complex deployments and customer engagements.
- Project management expertise in setting goals, tracking progress, and ensuring timely execution.
