About the role
This role involves managing parts inventory and ensuring an appropriate stock of maintenance supplies for the Equipment Team, supporting fabrication processes and equipment.
What you'll do
- Submit purchase requisitions for equipment components, assembly repair, spares, and consumables.
- Support Engineering teams on various initiatives.
- Perform and assist in invoice and purchase order reconciliation.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate inventory, including participating in cycle counting processes.
- Perform physical or administrative tasks involved in shipping, receiving, storing equipment spares and consumables.
- Interact with vendors regarding repair or cleaning cycles.
- Identify, investigate, and correct invoicing mistakes by collaborating with vendors and internal teams.
What you'll need
- Experience with ERP/accounting software (SAP).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Three-way matching, invoice reconciliation, data entry, vendor management.
- Experience in the semiconductor industry and wafer processing equipment.
- Understanding of semiconductor processes and equipment in fabrication.
- Ability to lift heavy items and operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Nice to have
- Two year certificate or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management.
