About the role
This role involves training and development activities for the assigned LKS tools, including developing training materials and delivering training to field engineers.
What you'll do
- Develop technical training on service, maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Deliver high-quality service training to field service engineers, technical support engineers, install engineers, and external customers.
- Participate in tool building, manufacturing, field support, upgrades, and installs to master technical know-how on assigned products.
- Conduct and lead review meetings with subject matter experts to define milestones, deliverables, and training plans.
- Review engineering documentation, procedures, and specifications, capturing technical information into training documents.
- Learn and use new software and tools to develop high-quality videos, remote training, web-based modules, augmented reality models, and simulations.
What you'll need
- 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years experience with a Master's degree; or equivalent experience.
- An engineering degree in optical, mechanical, electrical or electronic engineering, or 3 years of in-depth technical experience on semiconductor inspection or metrology equipment.
- Proven track record of supporting a range of install, service, tool building, manufacturing, or technical support activities on a semiconductor system.
- Prior experience in conducting or supporting technical training, formally or informally, or mentoring junior engineers.
- Ability to communicate comfortably with an international audience in English.
