This role involves delivering robust and efficient Lithography manufacturing processes for onsemi's facility in Hopewell Junction, NY. The successful candidate will work with ASML and TEL equipment and processes, including MUV, DUV, and immersion lithography.
What you'll do
- Understand and optimize processes and procedures in the Lithography area.
- Plan and execute experiments for new technologies and processes.
- Drive activities such as yield and reliability improvements, throughput optimization, cost reduction, and safety improvements.
- Perform advanced data analysis.
- Apply SPC principles to establish and sustain robust processes.
- Generate written process instruction specifications.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or related field.
- 5+ years of direct Lithography work experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Direct experience with ASML and/or TEL equipment and processes.
- Strong hands-on experience in MUV, DUV, and immersion lithography.
- Fundamental understanding of semiconductor device physics.
- Demonstrated ability to apply and practice SPC and DOE methodology, including driving CD and overlay improvements.
- Demonstrated experience with continuous fab improvement in yield, throughput, and cost reduction.
- Fundamental understanding of standard metrology, inspection, and failure analysis methods.
- Advanced data analysis skills.
