About the role

This role involves driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Drive New Product Introduction from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
• Define, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction PI milestones (sampling, development, HVM).
• Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and execution phases.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.
• Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and scalability.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline.
• 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and strong understanding of engineering workflows, development of lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
• Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, stakeholder management & project closure.
• Strong written & verbal communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.
