About the role

This role is responsible for driving Advanced Deposition Materials (ADM) New Product Introductions (NPIs) from concept through release to high volume manufacturing, serving as the technical execution owner to ensure alignment across Business Development, R&D, Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing.

What you'll do

  • Drive New Product Introduction from concept/feasibility through release to High Volume Manufacturing (HVM) ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
  • Define, track, manage, and report New Product Introduction milestones (sampling, development, HVM).
  • Identify and mitigate technical and execution risks across development and execution phases.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution to meet customer requirements, quality, and scale.
  • Drive standardization of product development processes, tools, and best practices.
  • Manage complex, high-impact programs that are critical to the business or customer.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science, or related degree/discipline.
  • 8+ years of direct experience with technical projects and understanding of engineering workflows, development lifecycles, or manufacturing processes.
  • Strong project management skills, including risk assessment and mitigation, conflict management, meeting management, task management, and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to translate technical ambiguity into clear execution plans.

Nice to have

  • Experience with advanced deposition technologies and/or new product development within semiconductor fabrication or related high-technology manufacturing environments.
