About the role
As a Lead SoC Validation Architect on the Systems Design Engineering team, you will advance validation methodologies, debug capabilities, and automation solutions across the silicon lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Improve validation capabilities through tool and script development, technical and procedural methodology enhancements, and cross-functional technical initiatives. - Debug issues found during the process, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SoC programs. - Track test execution across teams to verify that all features are validated and optimized on time. - Engage with software and hardware modeling frameworks. - Partner with supporting technical and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve complex system-level challenges.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering. - Hands-on experience in validation, debug, and software-driven engineering solutions across concept through production phases. - Experience with bring-up and debugging issues across SoC programs.
Nice to have
- Programming and scripting skills in C/C++, Perl, Ruby, or Python. - Extensive experience with board and platform-level debug, including delivery, sequencing, analysis, and optimization. - Extensive experience with common lab equipment, including protocol/logic analyzers and oscilloscopes. - Extensive knowledge of system architecture, technical debug, and validation strategy. - Debug techniques and methodologies.
