About the role
This role leads cross-functional development programs for Analog Devices' power and mixed-signal semiconductor product portfolio from concept through production release.
What you'll do
- Lead complex semiconductor product development programs from concept through production. - Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and execution plans. - Coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Applications, Product Engineering, Validation, Test, Operations, Quality, Marketing, and Business Units. - Drive issue resolution, risk management, and schedule recovery plans. - Facilitate design reviews, phase gate reviews, and customer milestone tracking. - Track resource requirements, budgets, and project deliverables while managing dependencies across multiple projects.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field. - 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, or engineering leadership. - Experience managing complex hardware, semiconductor, or electronics development programs. - Demonstrated ability to influence and drive execution across global cross-functional teams. - Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Nice to have
- Semiconductor industry experience. - Familiarity with product development lifecycles, silicon development, packaging, qualification, and manufacturing processes. - PMP or equivalent project management certification. - Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
