About the role
This role involves developing and transferring CMP solutions to address customer needs, focusing on semiconductor CMP processes and their impact on performance.
What you'll do
- Interpret Voice of the Customer (VoC) and identify Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) requirements for problem definition. - Build customer relationships and strategic partnerships to identify emerging opportunities. - Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to demonstrate technical capabilities. - Coordinate with Product Line Managers, R&D, and Material Solutions Engineers to develop solutions. - Lead and actively participate in Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs), demonstrating mechanistic understanding of CMP processes.
What you'll need
- Strong understanding of semiconductor CMP processes. - Expertise in CMP applications. - Solid understanding of semiconductor device structures and process integration schemes. - Master’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum five years of experience in CMP-related processes and/or semiconductor device manufacturing. - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365 applications.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree. - Experience in semiconductor fabrication and process integration.
