About the role
This role involves leading an Analog IC design team, overseeing the complete design cycle from architecture to silicon evaluation. The designs explore various Analog / Mixed-signal blocks such as ADC, DAC, PLL, PGA, Filters, Crystal Oscillators, Temperature sensors, LDO, bandgap reference, DC-DC converters, and Comparators.
What you'll do
- Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership from definition to release to manufacturing.
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits.
- Provide design guidance to team members, develop schedules, and monitor project progress.
- Evaluate project results during design and silicon evaluation phases.
- Work with physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
- Collaborate with Design Verification, validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams.
What you'll need
- Experience in architecture, design, schematic, layout, verification, and SoC integration and debug.
- Experience with ADC, DAC, PLL, PGA, Filters, Crystal Oscillators, Temperature sensors, LDO, bandgap reference, DC-DC converters, Comparators.
- Experience in silicon evaluation.
- Experience in IC layout.
- Experience in hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel.
