About the role
This role involves leading an Analog IC design team with product ownership, from definition to manufacturing release.
What you'll do
- Lead an Analog IC design team with product ownership and responsibility from definition to release to manufacturing.
- Design, develop, modify, and evaluate electronic parts, components, and integrated circuits for a variety of applications.
- Provide design guidance to team members, develop schedules, and monitor project progress.
- Evaluate intermediate and final project results during design and silicon evaluation.
- Guide physical designers and monitor IC layout progress.
- Collaborate with Design Verification, validation, product engineering, and test engineering teams for project completion and successful transfer to production.
- Interface with customers and TI field teams to understand customer needs, assist in product definition, and contribute to roadmap formulation.
- Participate in hiring, developing, and evaluating personnel.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- XX years of relevant experience.
