About the role
This role involves supporting the 24/7 operation of Etched's hardware lab, focusing on testing chips, modules, and racks. You will contribute to the transformation of raw silicon into working systems.
What you'll do
- Run test stations.
- Assemble hardware.
- Rework hardware.
- Cable racks.
- Manage inventory.
- Own day-to-day operations.
What you'll need
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Interest in both software and hardware.
- Comfort with hands-on work.
- Evening or weekend availability.
- Curiosity and bias to action.
Nice to have
- Experience with software, mechanical engineering, or thermal systems.
- Understanding of accelerator hardware or datacenter environments.
- Experience owning or building hardware testing systems.
