About the role
This role is responsible for product engineering related to MCU and SoC products, overseeing the entire process from new product mass production to the maintenance of stable production.
What you'll do
- Handle technical issues during production planning, including bottleneck countermeasures, porting, and outsourcing utilization.
- Lead the mass production of new products, transitioning from development to stable production.
- Maximize profit through yield improvement, productivity enhancement activities, and other cost reduction efforts.
- Ensure and improve quality, optimizing quality standards and pursuing zero defects.
- Respond to mass production troubles such as equipment failures, customer complaints, and material vendor issues.
- Drive various projects, including the reorganization of domestic post-process sites and the transfer of legacy products to OSAT.
What you'll need
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- More than 3 years of experience in inter-departmental coordination tasks.
- Basic Office tool usage experience (Windows, Excel, Power Point).
- Elementary English skills (capable of email communication).
- Native level Japanese skills.
