About the role
This role involves serving as the primary technical contact for key customers, providing comprehensive support and developing tailored design solutions.
What you'll do
- Serve as the technical lead and first point of contact for customer requests and support.
- Develop and present technical presentations and design solutions.
- Capture commercial information including application, program name, volume, CM partner location, and SOP.
- Perform project engineer functions, including designing experiments, simple board layouts, and problem-solving.
- Provide pre-sales support to assure product functionality for the application.
- Provide post-sales support for product integration or problem resolution.
What you'll need
- BSEE
- Experience in power electronics with emphasis on power conversion topologies (Buck, Boost, Fly-back, Forward, LLC, PFC converters).
- Experience in applications and/or design of end equipment using control ICs & power semiconductors.
- Knowledgeable in usage of various electronic test and EMC equipment.
- Strong presentation skills.
