About the role
As an IT Solutions Analyst at Applied Materials, you will analyze business requirements, convert them into functional and technical specifications, and design solutions to meet operational needs. In this role, you will design, prototype, and support software solutions and services bridging IT and facilities systems.
What you'll do
- Analyze business requirements, convert requirements into functional and technical specifications, and design solutions. - Perform and document software application configuration and coding, and execute unit, integration, performance, and acceptance testing. - Design, prototype, and architect software solutions and services for facilities and IT systems. - Review and monitor production systems to ensure continuous, effective performance and determine modifications. - Perform system analysis and debugging of configurations and programs to identify root causes. - Support technology implementations and provide program management to bridge gaps between IT and facilities.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree as a new college graduate. - Conceptual knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures within Computer Science or basic programming. - Electrical and/or building construction knowledge or experience. - Ability to perform software application configuration, testing, and system analysis. - Willingness and ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
