About the role
This role provides application testing, qualification, and support services for the Back-end MES portfolio.
What you'll do
- Provide software testing and qualification support for in-house developed application/software releases.
- Ensure smooth operations of MES Solution and Integrations deployed at Back-end Manufacturing sites.
- Maintain 24x7 availability of MES solutions as per Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Resolve user-reported incidents by analyzing or debugging business cases against application behavior.
- Deploy workarounds to restore application services in collaboration with IT support teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Experience with Unix, Linux, and Windows operating systems.
- Experience in database querying (MSSQL, Oracle, MariaDB).
- Experience with web-based applications.
- Willingness to provide 24/7 support rotation with other team members.
