This role involves supporting and evolving global label management capabilities within a global manufacturing environment.
What you'll do
- Provide functional and technical support for global labeling processes and solutions, understanding interconnected business processes across manufacturing, quality, procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.
- Analyze incidents, resolve application issues, and drive continuous improvements to labeling systems, business processes, and user experience.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams to gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Perform business analysis activities including requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, solution evaluation, and impact assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project and system documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, process flows, use cases, testing scripts, and training materials.
- Configure, test, and implement application enhancements and system solutions in accordance with change management practices.
What you'll need
- Experience within an SAP Manufacturing environment involved in business problem/process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support.
- 2-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience in configuration and problem resolution with global label management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of global print programs, ABAP, and labeling software such as Loftware, NiceLabel, SAP Global Label Management (GLM), or BarTender software.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience supporting or participating in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects, including requirements gathering, solution validation, testing, data migration activities, and process design.
- Strong understanding of SAP integration concepts, including interfaces, master data dependencies, and end-to-end business process flows.
