About the role

Oversee and implement all aspects of information technology operations, infrastructure, and IT service delivery across research, engineering, hardware, and corporate functions.

What you'll do

- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of secure, scalable IT infrastructure, including cloud systems, WAN, LAN, WAP, and on-premises systems. - Enforce comprehensive security policies, compliance frameworks, and security incident response protocols using security-by-design and least-privileged access principles. - Manage employee onboarding for company devices and access permissions, including identity and access management (IAM) systems. - Oversee enterprise application management, IT service delivery, support operations, and disaster recovery planning. - Evaluate, procure, and manage IT vendors and third-party services, including contract negotiation and service quality oversight. - Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing while developing IT budgets and technology investment forecasts.

What you'll need

- 5+ years of IT experience at high growth companies. - Hands-on expertise with IT and HR management systems, MDM systems, network set-up and maintenance, and hybrid infrastructure management. - Experience handling compliance and cybersecurity issues in coordination with engineering, legal, and HR teams. - Technical foundation in networking, enterprise applications, and IT systems management. - Experience managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology procurement.

Nice to have

- Experience with AI, machine learning, scientific computing, or other specialized technical workloads. - Background in hardware infrastructure or data center operations. - Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and best practices. - Startup or venture-backed company experience at scale-up stage.
