About the role
As an IT Fab System Technician in the IT operations team, you will be responsible for delivering an efficient and stable IT workplace for internal fab users. This position supports manufacturing systems across the Phoenix facility, with operations encompassing N4, N3, and N2 process technologies.
What you'll do
- Support project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations for fab-related system operation and troubleshooting. - Integrate AI-driven systems and optimize the utilization of the IT platform. - Follow standard operating procedures to execute system changes and maintain continuous knowledge base documentation. - Promptly engage with fab users to resolve technical issues and address business requirements. - Collaborate with internal IT teams and external service providers to achieve operational excellence. - Research and adopt new IT technologies to enhance productivity and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Network Engineering, Programming and Software Development, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Systems Analysis. - Intermediate or advanced proficiency in SQL. - Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across diverse IT systems and environments. - Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Phoenix, Arizona facility. - Ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6pm to 6am) and availability for on-call work, including nights and holidays.

- Industry certifications in Java, Python, JavaScript, LLM, or Machine Learning.
