This role involves analyzing device performance in qualification and production phases to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance shifts that impact yield.
What you'll do
- Review performance of devices in qualification and production phases using established software tools.
- Analyze datasets to identify patterns, anomalies, and performance shifts that impact yield.
- Assist lead Sustaining PE with interpretation of production and qualification data to support product release decisions.
- Prepare clear technical reports and summaries of findings for cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll need
- Minimum of 3 years toward a BS in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel.
- Exposure to data analysis tools such as MATLAB or Python.
- Coursework or exposure to statistics, circuits, and semiconductor/device fundamentals.
- Strong technical report writing and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to interpret key performance parameters and identify trends in complex datasets.
