About the role
This role involves completing technical projects to support account goals and assisting Field Application Engineers with daily account activities for automotive customers.
What you'll do
- Complete defined technical projects that help account tandems achieve their customer goals
- Support daily workflow and account-level activity for Field Application Engineer tandems
- Support daily CRM activity at the account level for assigned accounts
- Shadow Account FAEs during customer visits when necessary to gain hands-on exposure
- Assist account teams in engaging OEM and Tier One automotive customers on technical topics
- Work with cross-functional teams to translate customer requirements into technical solutions
What you'll need
- Senior in University pursuing Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal skills for customer-facing interaction
- Collaborative mindset to support multi-account teams
- Ability to work onsite in Livonia, MI
