About the role
What you'll do
- Embed with kernels, ASIC, hardware, and production teams to identify bottlenecks and own solutions from idea to deployment. - Build and deploy LLM agents integrated into engineering workflows using tool-calling and MCP. - Ship full-stack internal products including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure. - Design evaluations and track adoption to measure the effectiveness of developed tools. - Take on special projects directly with the founders, addressing company-wide problems to achieve critical milestones.
What you'll need
- 1-5+ years of experience building and shipping software end to end. - Strong full-stack skills, focusing on shipping functional software. - Experience building LLM agents or AI tooling that real users depend on, including context engineering, tool integration, evals, and failure analysis. - Ability to use AI for rapid learning in unfamiliar domains, leveraging agentic coding tools and frontier models. - Product sense, design taste, and attention to detail. - Extreme agency to identify and solve the real problem.
