About the role
What you'll do
- Embed with the production team to identify bottlenecks and develop solutions.
- Build and deploy LLM agents wired into engineering workflows via tool-calling and MCP.
- Create execution environments for agents to verify their work using sandboxed access to simulators, EDA flows, compilers, profilers, and hardware.
- Ship full-stack internal products, including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Design evaluations and track adoption to optimize tool effectiveness.
- Take on special projects with founders to address company-wide problems and achieve critical milestones.
What you'll need
- 1-5+ years of experience building and shipping software end to end.
- Experience building agents for complex, multi-step tasks, including tool design, long-context management, evals, and failure analysis.
- Strong software engineering skills in building reliable systems such as distributed systems, experiment infrastructure, or developer tooling.
- Experience using coding agents, analyzing their transcripts, and modifying systems when agents are incorrect.
- High agency in unfamiliar domains.
- Product sense, design taste, and attention to detail.
