About the role
What you'll do
- Embed with the ASIC team to find and solve high-leverage bottlenecks.
- Build and deploy LLM agents integrated into engineering workflows via tool-calling and MCP.
- Ship full-stack internal products including interfaces, data pipelines, and infrastructure.
- Design evaluations and track adoption to prioritize effective tools.
- Take on special projects directly with founders to hit critical milestones.
What you'll need
- 1-5+ years of experience building and shipping software end to end.
- Strong full-stack skills.
- Experience building LLM agents or AI tooling that real users depend on, including context engineering, tool integration, evals, and failure analysis.
- Ability to use AI to ramp fast on unfamiliar domains, utilizing agentic coding tools and frontier models.
- Product sense, design taste, and attention to detail.
- Extreme agency to identify and solve real problems.
