About the role
What you'll do
- Complete required safety training and conduct all work in accordance with safety policies.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor equipment.
- Participate in continuous improvement programs.
- Partner with operations technicians and shift engineers/technicians to complete daily priorities.
- Provide troubleshooting support for equipment-related problems and address root causes.
- Improve equipment availability by investigating chronic tool problems and finding solutions.
What you'll need
- Must be enrolled in an AAS in Mechatronics, Robotics, Engineering Technology, or related 2 year field of study program.
- Completion of degree between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Willingness to relocate to Boise, Idaho to complete a 3-month internship.
- Must be willing to relocate to Boise if offered a full time role after internship.
Nice to have
- Enrolled in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Instrumentation, Automation programs.
- Mechanical proficiency with the ability to understand and troubleshoot mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of AC/DC circuits and basic fundamentals of electricity.
- Intermediate PC skills.
- Experience using Artificial Intelligence.
