About the role
As an intern in process integration and device engineering, you will work on technologies to enable DRAM in the manufacturing Fab, ramp up production yield, and deliver high quality DRAM products. You will gain hands-on experience in semiconductor process integration and electrical data analysis.
What you'll do
- Support integration of process modules across various CMOS module loops.
- Analyze inline data to identify yield detractors and process anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Document findings and present updates to engineering and leadership teams.
- Leverage AI tools to improve problem-solving efficiency and productivity.
What you'll need
- Knowledge of semiconductor process flow.
- Basic knowledge of mainstream memory such as DRAM, NAND, NOR.
- Some knowledge of individual processes such as CMP, film, etch, photo.
- Knowledge of statistical data analysis.
- MS student in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical engineering, or Physics.
- Able to do 6 months + Intern.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of DRAM process flow.
- Knowledge and experience of AI tool.
