About the role

This internship role focuses on using AI to support planning, analysis, and decision-making within the mobile memory product management organization. The team manages Micron's LPDRAM memory product lifecycles, development priorities, and customer samples across smartphones, tablets, laptops, and AI devices.

What you'll do

- Explore and build AI-powered workflows that simplify planning work, including quarterly product guidance, product schedules, and tracking new-product sample demand against supply. - Maintain consistent and trustworthy data across planning tools and cross-functional teams. - Analyze demand, supply, and roadmap data to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into recommendations. - Partner with product management, new product introduction (NPI), sales, and planning teams to understand needs and build functional solutions. - Present completed projects and their business impact to team leaders at the conclusion of the internship.

What you'll need

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, with graduation no earlier than September 2027. - Strong Excel and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Familiarity with AI or AI-assisted tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude. - Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Nice to have

- Hands-on experience building automations, agentic AI workflows, or data tools using Python, Power Automate, Power BI, or SQL. - Coursework or interest in product management, marketing, supply chain, or operations. - Interest in semiconductors, consumer electronics, or memory technologies.
