About the role
This position is for an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on advanced device development, enabling the manufacture of innovative device architectures within Intel's Logic Technology Development (LTD) team.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of device engineers to develop high-volume capable process technology meeting performance, yield, and reliability requirements.
- Set priorities for a team embedded in foundry offerings, ensuring an inclusive work environment and managing team performance.
- Collaborate with LTD core program integration and device organization to deliver high-quality Process-Design Kits (PDK).
- Partner with the LTD foundry technology engineering group to ensure customer product performance with Intel's advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Define robust test structures and programs to validate advanced design rules and extract key device parameters.
- Utilize statistics, data mining, and other analysis techniques to extract insights from electrical-test, yield, and fab data to guide future development.
