About the role
The Industrial Reclaim Water Plant (IRWP) Design Engineer participates in the design, contracting, and construction outsourcing for the new IRWP supporting the F21 fab project in Phoenix, Arizona.
What you'll do
- Handle planning, system design, and outsourcing for the construction of the new IRWP. - Lead cross-organizational communication, coordination, and problem-solving with manufacturing, facility teams, suppliers, and vendors. - Assess and implement technologies to address process challenges and promote environmental friendliness. - Ensure IRWP design conforms to international and local regulations and requirements. - Create, check, and modify design documentation and present technical details to manufacturing and facility teams.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Biological, chemical, and physical knowledge of water treatment technology, covering clean water and wastewater. - Knowledge of P&ID, piping, and basic water engineering. - Project management and communication coordination skills. - Ability to create, check, and modify design documentation. - Medical qualification to wear a personal respirator, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at elevation, and work in confined spaces.
