This role involves leading a team of industrial engineers to support and drive the manufacturing operating plan in a 300mm highly automated wafer fab environment.
What you'll do
- Lead a team of industrial engineers to support and drive the manufacturing operating plan.
- Supervise personnel, provide opinions, and conduct performance assessments.
- Create and implement development and training plans for the IE team.
- Influence and collaborate across internal and external organizations to support execution plans.
- Design and execute manufacturing operation strategy.
- Drive capacity entitlement and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering or related.
- 3 years of experience as an industrial engineer in a high volume manufacturing environment, preferably within semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to understand and analyze large amounts of data at high speed with accuracy.
- Strong foundation of industrial engineering methodology.
- Strong data analysis skills and statistical analysis skills.
- Comfortable working in a clean room environment wearing cleanroom required garments.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in industrial engineering or related.
- 2 years of experience supervising, managing, or leading a team.
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL.
