About the role
This role enables data-driven decision-making in a manufacturing environment by driving analyses and insights for the Business Engineering team.
What you'll do
- Build models and analyze scenarios for capacity modeling to determine resource bottlenecks.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts related to yield, cycle time, and labor hours.
- Build reports and data visualizations to make factory processes transparent.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of three (3) years of professional experience with analytical, reporting, and data interpretation responsibilities, or a Master’s degree.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation responsibilities.
- Ability to read and interpret data, information, and documents.
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion.
- Strong communication skills, able to align with all levels in the organization.
Nice to have
- Current or previous experience in a manufacturing, production or semi-conductor industry.
- Experience with IT-systems in the area of production-control, such as Spotfire, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Project management experience.
