What you'll do
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, and drive analysis to deliver recommendations in a data-driven manner.
- Lead rigorous analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities.
- Develop and present high-quality recommendations and deliverables for executive-level consumption.
- Partner across cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, pressure-test hypotheses, and co-create deliverables.
- Optimize operations and business processes to deliver measurable gains in business performance, cycle-time reduction, and cost savings.
- Apply program management discipline to keep initiatives within scope, schedule, and impact.
What you'll need
- Strong analytical skills, able to extract insight from multiple data sources.
- Expert-level knowledge of data analytics tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
- Able to work effectively in a matrix environment and influence without authority.
- Broad understanding and experience including service business management, product development, and financial reporting.
- Working knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma (DMAIC, Kaizen).
Nice to have
- Python and Applied Smart Factory APF experience.
- Prior management consulting or internal consulting experience.
- Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- MBA or Masters in Engineering equivalent business experience.
