About the role
This role involves developing key metrics and data analytics to enable continued growth critical to supply chain infrastructure, resolving operational concerns, and owning supply of a portfolio from point of purchase to finished goods ship.
What you'll do
- Develop key metrics and data analytics for supply chain infrastructure.
- Resolve operational concerns.
- Own the supply of a portfolio from point of purchase to finished goods ship.
- Monitor levels of supply while holding moderate inventory positions and minimizing Excess and Obsolete.
- Build efficiency and automation into processes and disseminate to peers.
- Work closely with Sales Operations, Supply Operations, Global capacity planning, Sourcing, Finance, Business Operations, and Business units to understand demand profiles, product life cycles, and business model strategies.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 4+ years of industrial, mechanical, or electrical engineering work experience.
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, or related field.
- 4 years of industrial engineering work experience in a semiconductor, assembly, and/or testing company.
- Experience in Rapid Response and Tableau.
- Experience in Project Management, NPI planning, Demand planning, Capacity planning, and/or S&OP process.
- Semiconductor end to end process background from wafer fabrication to assembly & test process.
