About the role
Lead strategic projects to streamline business processes, influence business strategy, improve operations, and reduce costs as part of an internal consulting team supporting Applied Global Services executive leadership.
What you'll do
- Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and deliver recommendations in a data-driven manner. - Lead analysis across large data sets and synthesize insights and opportunities. - Develop and present recommendations and deliverables for executive-level consumption and contribute to strategy and execution discussions. - Work across cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, pressure test hypotheses, co-create deliverables, and unlock value. - Optimize operations and business processes that deliver measurable gains in business performance, cycle time reduction, and cost savings.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent. - 7-10 years of relevant work experience. - Expert level knowledge of Excel and Tableau or PowerBI. - Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma. - Broad understanding and experience including service business management, product development, and financial reporting. - Proven experience working across cross-functional business teams, including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Finance.
Nice to have
- Prior management consulting or internal consulting experience. - MBA or equivalent business experience. - Experience in the semiconductor industry or consulting.
