About the role

This role leads all industrial-related activities across a Business Group, focusing on MOS technologies. This high-impact global position involves close collaboration with multiple departments, senior leaders, and technical experts.

What you'll do

  • Provide leadership for all industrial-related activities across the Business Group.
  • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of Industrial, Test, and Supply Chain professionals.
  • Define and execute Front-End and Back-End industrial strategies for manufacturing footprint, scale, flexibility, and cost competitiveness.
  • Support New Product Introduction activities, aligning industrial roadmaps with product, technology, and R&D roadmaps.
  • Lead the Business Group Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, driving demand and supply planning.
  • Manage Business Group factory loading and industrial planning across internal and external wafer fabrication, assembly, and test operations.
  • Drive capacity expansion, cost reduction, and yield improvement initiatives, defining and monitoring key performance indicators.
  • Oversee capital expenditure planning, investment approvals, and expenditure tracking.
  • Develop and maintain industrial market intelligence and benchmarking for MOSFET technologies.

What you'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in industrial planning and high-volume manufacturing within a technical environment, preferably in semiconductor wafer fabrication.
  • Demonstrated success in leadership, project management, people management (including managers), senior stakeholder management, and organizational change.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A highly self-motivated, collaborative, and detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence effectively at all levels.
