About the role
This position provides process sustaining support in an automated semiconductor production environment, with a concentration in Implant.
What you'll do
- Develop and qualify new processes and tool sets with the Engineering team.
- Characterize, document, and present data based on design of experiments (DOE).
- Report and document process issues and equipment malfunctions.
- Take corrective action and interact with Engineering and Equipment Maintenance to resolve process and equipment non-conformances.
- Handle material dispositions and resolve lot issues.
- Assist in creating and refining procedures.
What you'll need
- Associates degree OR at least 1 year of experience in a technical role.
- Ability to work in ISO 5 (class 100) clean room for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently.
- Ability to stand or walk most of a shift.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex work instructions (verbal or written).
- Demonstrated ability to observe performance to specification and provide feedback to assure knowledge transfer.
- MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access experience.
