About the role
This role involves advancing business priorities by contributing to camera development focused on Sensor Test within the KLA Sensors team. This team develops technologies for specialty processes and imaging and analytics.
What you'll do
- Test and characterization of sophisticated image sensors and cameras
- Generate sensor test requirements
- Develop engineering tests in Matlab/Python/LabVIEW/Excel
- Integrate and modify sensor test fixtures
- Collaborate with manufacturing partners
- Verify sensor performance and reliability, and integrate the camera sub-system
What you'll need
- Doctorate Degree and 3 years of related work experience; or Master's Level Degree and 6 years of related work experience; or Bachelor's Level Degree and 8 years of related work experience
Nice to have
- Demonstrated record of innovation and implementation of CMOS or CCD-based sensors, from design through production and release phases
- Sensor test experience, preferably with high bandwidth low noise CMOS or CCD
- Experience and knowledge of CMOS/CCD sensor manufacturing, packaging, and testing processes
- Project and vendor management skills
- Camera system integration experience
