About the role
This role supports the operational execution, adoption, and continuous improvement of KLA’s customer facing business processes and systems, focusing on the IDeliver platform and coordinating Tier II operational activities.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operational health of IDeliver platform and associated business processes.
- Drive user adoption across divisions and global regions.
- Monitor operational KPIs, process health, and corporate adoption.
- Coordinate the Tier II pass down, review, assignment, and tracking of any related issues.
- Facilitate recurring reviews with regions, divisions, service, install, and engineering teams.
- Coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously across Engineering, Service, Marketing, Operations and IT.
What you'll need
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Ability to organize information, manage details, and follow actions through completion.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.
- Comfort working with operational data, metrics, dashboards, and business systems.
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, information systems, data analytics, operations, supply chain, or a related discipline.
- Experience analyzing data and translating findings into clear actions.
- Exposure to enterprise systems, workflow tools, dashboards, or business process documentation.
- Experience working in semiconductor technology, manufacturing, or service industry.
