About the role
This role involves the layout and verification of high-performance mixed-signal CMOS Integrated Circuits. You will work closely with design engineering and circuit engineers to generate optimal topological layouts.
What you'll do
- Complete the layout and verification of high-performance mixed-signal CMOS Integrated Circuits.
- Work with circuit engineers to generate topological layouts to ensure optimal circuit performance.
- Solve layout design issues and apply proactive intervention.
- Proactively work with design engineers to achieve efficient circuit performance.
- Design analog & mixed-signal layouts.
- Route at the block level and chip top-level using assisted/automated tools.
What you'll need
- Experience with Cadence Virtuoso XL.
- Experience with Mentor's Calibre tools.
- Understanding of device matching techniques.
- Understanding of signal conditioning/protection techniques.
- Strong layout planning and integration skills.
