About the role
This role involves leading a team of IC Design Engineers in the end-to-end development of Motion Control Sensor ASICs.
What you'll do
- Lead a team in the end-to-end development of Motion Control Sensor ASICs.
- Oversee technical architecture and design development.
- Manage people and execute full-lifecycle projects.
- Take ownership of all ASIC deliverables beyond tape-out, including customer trials, field issues, and product sustainability.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across engineering departments.
What you'll need
- PhD / Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 15 years relevant experience, with at least 5 years of technical management experience.
- Deep expertise in the ASIC process flow for Analog, Digital and Layout Design.
- Experience in industry-standard EDA tools from vendors like Cadence, Synopsys, or Mentor Graphics.
- Experience in foundry fabrication process.
- Experience in Electrical Wafer Sort.
