About the role
As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with managers and HR colleagues to translate business needs into practical people solutions. You will gain broad exposure across workforce planning, talent, organizational effectiveness, and employee relations, while taking ownership of defined HR initiatives and project workstreams.
What you'll do
- Partner with managers to understand business priorities and translate them into practical people plans.
- Provide HR insights and recommendations using relevant data, trends, and employee feedback.
- Coordinate defined HR projects and implementation workstreams, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and employee development activities.
- Coach and guide managers on performance, development, team effectiveness, HR policies, processes, and people practices.
- Support employee relations matters in line with company policies and local labor requirements.
What you'll need
- Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (mandatory).
- 1-5 years of relevant HR experience within a multinational, corporate, or industrial environment.
- Experience partnering with managers and supporting people-related business challenges.
- Exposure to talent management, workforce planning, employee development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
